Travis Phifer is presently the Telecom Engineering Manager for Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association in Denver Colorado. Responsibilities in this role include designing, implementing, modifying, and documenting new and/or existing telecommunications systems and facilities, ensuring compliance of Tri-State’s IRA system. Mr. Phifer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2000. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado and Nebraska.
