Shaun Skidmore has worked for Idaho Power Company in Boise, Idaho, USA since 1995 as an engineer in the Communications Engineering group. He received a BSEE from a joint engineering program of Boise State University and the University of Idaho. His areas of emphasis are network and transport engineering and cyber security. He has led the way in building and applying IP/MPLS packet networks to all utility transport needs, including relaying, and applying satellite technology in a "utility as their own satellite service provider" model. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Idaho, USA.
