In 2019, I had the privilege of joining HighGear to lead the creation and launch of the company’s first-ever Customer Success program from the ground up. Building, managing, and guiding this program has been a rewarding journey, resulting in an impact that has surpassed expectations—not only enhancing our product but, most importantly, delivering exceptional value to our customers. The success of this initiative continues to drive growth and deepen customer relationships, reinforcing the vital role of Customer Success in our organization’s mission. It has been a great honor and experience to see this through from conception to delivery.
Prior to HighGear I dedicated 17 years to help transform a startup into an e-commerce industry leader. I served in leadership roles overseeing training and development, sales, and customer service with my contribution expanding into marketing, social media, business development, and operations. Along the way, I influenced the discovery, design, documentation, and deployment of key processes that remain fundamental to the organization today that propelled it into one of the largest and most successful companies in the global marketplace.
I have a deep passion for relationship-building, driven by the opportunity to collaborate with organizations and their clients, centered around a strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes that lead to growth.
