Bobby Saddler serves as Vice President of Telecom Infrastructure & Growth at the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) in Texas, where he oversees network strategy, planning, engineering and architecture. His work supports critical infrastructure using technologies such as fiber, microwave, private LTE, MPLS, DWDM, and mission-critical radio systems.
Over more than 15 years at LCRA, Bobby has built a reputation for blending technical expertise with strong leadership and a commitment to developing high-performing teams. He is passionate about building strategic partnerships that strengthen telecommunications infrastructure across the utility industry.
Bobby currently serves on the boards of the Greater Austin Area Telecommunications Network (GAATN) and the Utilities Technology Council. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University and is a licensed professional engineer in Texas.
