Jarad C. Howard, Sr. is a Director of Business Development for Burns & McDonnell's Transmission and Distribution Global Practice. With nearly 20 years at Burns & McDonnell, Jarad brings deep experience supporting internal business goals through conference strategy, client-focused marketing, and regional business planning. His technical background spans network design, implementation, construction, and commissioning across fiber optics, microwave, wireless, private LTE, SCADA, and automated control systems. He has led the modernization and replacement of legacy networks and managed the deployment of critical infrastructure across the electric utility, oil and gas, industrial, water, municipal, and cooperative sectors. Prior to Burns & McDonnell, he supported nationwide wireless infrastructure deployment for a major cellular provider.
