After completing his Master’s degree in Physics at the University of Stuttgart in 2017, Ralf Albrecht began his career as a research associate and PhD candidate in a junior research group dedicated to the laser cooling of diatomic molecules.
In 2021, he joined AP Sensing GmbH as an R&D Project Manager, leading the development of advanced fiber optic sensing instruments. In this role, he contributed to innovative solutions for the monitoring of high-voltage cables.
In 2025, Mr. Albrecht was promoted to Business Development Manager for distributed fiber optic sensing solutions in power transmission and distribution infrastructure at AP Sensing.
