Since graduating from college with his BSEE, Mr. Johnson has been involved in planning, designing, engineering, installing, and testing utility telecommunications systems for approximately 40 years. He was worked directly for electric, gas, and cable providers supporting sundry wired and wireless technologies and applications, from the early analog systems to the latest packet-based technologies. For the past 20 years he has provided telecommunications consulting services to the utility industry.
